1. Branch training tracking, business school coordination.
2. Make annual and monthly training plans for the hotel.
3. Responsible for organizing and coordinating the implementation of the hotel's annual and monthly training plans.
4. Communicated with relevant departments and personnel to obtain training assistance.
5. Review various training materials; Responsible for staff assessment.
6. Go deep into the department, understand the training needs of the department, and propose feasible teaching programs.
1. Be familiar with the working procedure of the training post, experience in hotel related work is preferred.
2. Can independently carry out enterprise training.
